These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ESAquotes.com website (the "Site") operated by ESAquotes ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What ESAquotes Does
ESAquotes is a lead generation and quoting service. We connect people who need Environmental Site Assessments ("ESAs") with environmental consulting firms that provide them. We are not an environmental consulting firm ourselves, and we do not perform environmental assessments, inspections, or testing of any kind.
When you submit a quote request through the Site, we forward your information to one or more environmental consulting firms in our network. Any assessment work, pricing, contracts, or deliverables are between you and the consulting firm you choose to work with. ESAquotes is not a party to that relationship.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through the Site is free and does not create any obligation to purchase services. By submitting a request, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You consent to us sharing your request details with environmental consulting firms for the purpose of providing you with quotes
- One or more firms may contact you by email or phone to discuss your project and provide pricing
No Professional Advice
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional environmental, legal, or financial advice. The guides, articles, and other content we publish are meant to help you understand the ESA process but should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation. Always work with a qualified environmental professional for decisions related to your specific property.
Accounts
Certain features of the Site (such as provider accounts) may require registration. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to ESAquotes (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
